What are the shipping costs?
The standard shipping costs are €6.95. We offer free shipping ✔️on orders over €64.95 to the UK, Ireland, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
Within the Netherlands we offer free shipping ✔️on orders over €34.95.
When will my order be delivered?
Orders are delivered within 1 – 3 business days in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
You can check the Track & Trace code you receive by email to determine where your order is currently located.
Can I return my order?
You can return your order within 14 days after placing the order without incurring any penalties and without being required to provide a reason. This is provided that you still have the confirmation of receipt, the product has not been used, and it is still in its original packaging. You also have the option of having the order amount – if paid – refunded within 30 days.
